Managing the day-to-day of your business’s social media can be overwhelming. After all, you have a business to run! Luckily, you have a social media partner!
What happens when Savvy Social Media manages your business’s social media?
We get to know you and your business.
We meet with you–in person or virtually–and get to know your business. What you do, what you sell, who your customers are, and what you’re looking to accomplish on social media. We’re listening for your passion, what drives you, and what your goals are in satisfying your customers.
We also want to know a little about you. What led you to here? Are you personally on social media? Do you have social media accounts for your business? What are your goals for being social for your business? How hands on/off do you want to be?
We create a strategy.
Next we work on developing a social media strategy plan tailored to you and your business. We research industry standards in developing the best approach on social media for your business. This means:
- Suggestions on which social platform(s) to use based on your customers’ social media use.
- What types of content that invokes a response from your audience.
- Best practices for amount of content and post times.
We manage your social account(s).
Once we review the social media strategy with you, we ask for access to your social media accounts (always leaving you in full control). We begin creating content for your social accounts, create graphics, search for photos, and post to your account(s). We frequently monitor your social media, engaging with your audience and managing any issues that arise.
We’re in this together.
We rely on you to provide up-to-date information about your business and events you may be holding or attending. In addition, you ‘ll need to become comfortable with your camera, as we rely on visuals as much as possible, including “real” photos of you, your customers, and day-to-day of your business. Video also drives engagement, so taking short clips (we can edit!) is also part of your “assignment”.
We frequently contact you via email and telephone/text for approvals, for suggestions on replies to comments or reviews, and overall keep you in the loop.
